Join fellow PYSC member organizations for an intimate, energizing convening designed to strengthen operational capacity, share proven practices, and leave with practical tools you can use right away.

Framed like a pre-game locker room, this gathering is a moment to regroup, align on the game plan, and head back into the community stronger and more connected in service of Philadelphia’s youth.

The convening will bring together organizations working in close proximity to foster collaboration, surface shared challenges, and highlight strategies that are working on the ground. The focus is practical, peer-driven, and action-oriented.
