By participating in a Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative (PYSC) activity, you consent to being videotaped, photographed, and interviewed. This consent applies to you, your child/children, or any minor child for whom you are the legal guardian participating in a PYSC event. You agree that this material may be edited, duplicated, and used in whole or in part throughout the United States and abroad. Additionally, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, voice, and biographical material for program publicity and institutional promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, newspaper articles with photos, press releases for PYSC web and digital (social media) promotion, events, promotional videos representing the organization, photos for archival records, and documentation for funders.
